PREP COURSE
1on1 or 2on1. Choose your desired dates! The number depends on your fitness level and your physical requirements.
We want to create a foundation together with you, so that you have enough time to learn all important movement patterns and build up good fitness. We will take your individual needs into account. It is completely irrelevant whether you exercise 2x/week or are a competitive athlete.

1on1 - private coaching - everyone starts somewhere and no matter where you are, first we want to share our philosophy of training with you. We want to get to know you, (your body), your abilities and your wishes.
Group classes - go get it with joy. The group setting guarantees variety, fun and new motivation - whether through our community or new challenges - train together, stay together.
