Usually we associate a "must" with training. We want to change that! 
I like to take the time to explain all the details in person.
We want you in our pack no matter what your imperfections, strengths, or weaknesses may be.

1on1 or 2on1. Choose your desired dates! The number depends on your fitness level and your physical requirements.

We want to create a foundation together with you, so that you have enough time to learn all important movement patterns and build up good fitness. We will take your individual needs into account. It is completely irrelevant whether you exercise 2x/week or are a competitive athlete.

We'll teach you the basics of Clean & Jerk and Snatch.
However, this is not it. We strengthen your structure to enable meaningful overhead and squat positions. 
Weightlifting is not called the supreme discipline of body control with barbells for nothing.
